  • Suppli has a network of more than 50 (and growing!) drop-off bins that containers can be returned to. These are located in restaurants, coffee shops, grocers, as well as on private property for 24/7 outdoor access. Customers scan a QR code at the drop-off bin to report their return.

  • Suppli runs daily routes to collect containers from drop-off bins and takes them to be centrally cleaned through a commercial dishwashing facility.

  • Nope! Suppli holds an inventory of containers that restaurants can use across ordering platforms. Suppli provides weekly deliveries to restaurants so that they don’t have to worry about packaging supply chain shortages.

  • We have flexible integration options. We’ll work with you to set up a seamless feed of order info required on our end to manage container accounting.

    If you would like to handle your own communications for container return reminders, we can work with de-identified order data. Otherwise, we’re happy to look after all the container return communications with customers.
