How to return.

We kindly ask that you RINSE + RETURN your containers within 2 WEEKS. You will receive gentle reminders via text and email.

🚨 Follow these Instructions 🚨
Or your order will NOT be marked as returned

  1. Find an official Suppli Return Bin on our map.

  2. Check the location hours before you head over!

  3. When you arrive, place your containers in the marked Suppli Bin. Please do not leave any other items or food in the bins.

  4. 🤳 SCAN the QR code near the Suppli Bin and make sure to fill out the form with the email you ordered with.

  5. 😩 Can’t scan the QR? Report your return via email: returns@mysuppli.ca
