  • Two weeks, please! The faster we get our containers back, the fewer containers we’ll need — which means a greener footprint! Quick tip: Set a reminder on your calendar so you don’t forget.

  • While we hope every one of our containers makes it back to us, we understand there may be a few misplaced along the way. We charge a flat $15 replacement fee per container if containers aren’t returned to a drop-off point within 2 WEEKS of an order (don’t worry - we’ll send lots of reminders, along with an email that goes out right after your order!).

Extension needed? We’re happy to accommodate. Just send us a note.

It truly helps when we can get containers back into circulation quickly so we can continue to stock current (and new!) restaurants.

  • Aside from the $0.75-$0.85 per item that you pay upon ordering your takeout, there are no additional fees for using Suppli upon container return. If you decide to keep your containers, there is a $15 charge per container.

  • At each Suppli drop-off location, there will be a unique QR code near the drop-off bin to report your return. Open your camera and hover over the QR code. It will lead you to a geo-specific form to enter your contact information and hit submit.

  • We do not currently, but we are aware that this could be a useful offering in the future, especially while keeping accessibility front of mind, and we are working on a plan that would help us facilitate this.

  • Three-stage cleaning process. All our reusables are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized in certified commercial dishwashing facilities that follow the same high standards used in hospitals and food service operations and are regularly monitored to ensure compliance with public health regulations.

    1. Wash – Items are cleaned with commercial-grade detergent and hot water to remove food residue, grease, and debris

    2. Sanitize – Items are sanitized using a food-safe chemical agent that kills 99.999% of bacteria, viruses, and other harmful microorganisms

    3. Rinse – A rinse-aid is applied to remove detergent and help prevent water spots
