The short answer is “yes!”

Here’s the longer version…In Spring of 2021, we paused on adding new restaurants and took the time to ask our current restaurant partners how Suppli was working for them. Here’s what we heard:

• Restaurants wanted a more streamlined way to service Suppli orders; no reporting of orders, no stickers.

• Other third party food apps were charging up to 30% commission on the small $0.99 Suppli menu item, in addition to the rest of the order. They weren’t fond of this (and, frankly, neither were we).

• Restaurants feel really good about being a part of the Suppli community, they’re excited about the choice they’re making to reduce their environmental footprint, and they love Suppli’s customers :)

We listened to all this feedback and built our web-based app in partnership with our restaurants. We’re excited to be adding more of our current restaurants (and new ones!) to Suppli’s web-based app every day. This has only been possible with the support, excitement, and encouragement we’ve received from our amazing restaurant partners.

Indeed! You can order your meal for pick-up or delivery through order.mysuppli.ca.

Yes please! It’s a new account system we’ve set up, so we do ask everyone using our web-based app to please create a new account at order.mysuppli.ca before placing their first order.

All Suppli restaurants except for our catering partners will be available at order.mysuppli.ca. You can continue to order in-person through our catering partners, such as Daniel et Daniel and The Ellery, as long as orders are reported at the time of purchase by scanning the QR code at the checkout counter.

Not initially. In order to stay true to our goal of streamlining Suppli orders for restaurants, we’re moving all orders to one place (our web-based app at order.mysuppli.ca). We will, however, be exploring ways in which we can better accommodate call-in and walk-in orders. Stay tuned on this front!
