What do I have to do to start offering Suppli’s containers?
It’s simple!
Let us know you’re interested using the form above;
Add “Suppli Containers” with a price of $0.99 to your point-of-sale machine and any online menus. That’s it!
How does my order process change?
The short answer - there’s almost no change at all!
Call-in/Walk-in orders:
Add a “Suppli Containers” menu item to the the customer’s order;
Take down the customer’s phone number (this is how we know which of our account holders has containers for pick-up);
Report those numbers back to us.
Online orders:
Take a look at the Notes to make sure a phone number has been entered with any orders requesting Suppli containers.

Do you deliver containers to restaurants and food shops?
Yes. We do container drop-offs two times per week in each neighbourhood.
How long do I have to commit for?
We’re a commitment-free shop! That is, there is no commitment time required for restaurants and food shops. While we hope that our partners will remain with us for a long time, you can continue placing new orders with us for as long or as short as you’d like. If you decide to stop offering Suppli containers, we’ll even pick up your leftover stock and reimburse you for it.
Can I offer Suppli and single-use containers?
Absolutely! We’re simply providing an option for restaurants and food shops to offer more eco-friendly alternatives that your customers are asking for.
If you’d like to switch your offering to 100% Suppli containers (we’re totally game for this!), just prompt your customers to sign up for a Suppli account prior to ordering.
How does pricing work?
Restaurants and food shops are charged a small rental fee per container each time you order.
Because you’ll also be collecting the $0.99 per order from customers, your monthly invoice will include this amount as well (i.e., $0.99 x number of orders using Suppli containers).

But aren’t reusable containers risky for spreading germs?
Not if they’re cleaned, sanitized and stored responsibly. We take this very seriously. Suppli has a partnership with a professional cleaner that looks after this important part of our service model. We’ve provided more details at the bottom of our FAQs page.
Which online order apps are you able to support?
We currently support any online order app that allows for notes to be included in the order.
Do you offer your own online order app? Do you deliver our food?
We do not. We just look after housing the delicious food you serve up!
